The meat is also added and thoroughly cooked and served with borhani.

Bakarkhani
It is a type of layered bread, which is similar to parantha. Made to taste creamy, bakarkhani is prepared using flour, baking powder, milk, sugar, fresh yeast, clarified butter, sunflower seeds and kewra water. This delicious bread is so popular that it can be had with anything like chicken korma or rogan josh.
Maach Bhuna
The dish made of fish, spices and vegetables is another popular dish in Dhaka. The spices like red chili, turmeric, and cinnamon are grinded to paste with onion and garlic and fried in the oil until it is roasted. Then fish, vegetables and water are added to it and cooked until it is done. Maach bhuna is served hot with rice.
